The links to your other pages is in flash. Google don't find links as easily in flash files as in normal html.

Create sitemap file and submit to google and other search engines. Hope this will help them to index your other pages.

I don't think google will index the other pages by see the Home Page.

I added site map also.

Yes it can take some time. If have no or very few good links pointing to your site it can take even longer time and you can't be sure google will index all the pages.

Google algorithm are set in such a way that what people enter as a query , search engine will show the information related to that only. And might be your website other pages should not have such kind of information so put some interesting information through video , blogs, articles after observe about people's demand what they enter as query. So with this your site will be much better and looks interesting.
