I think problem in your motherboard.
So Hard disk and ram are damaged.
Hmm.. Replace the entire CPU xD. first thing first, did you hear a been when your PC started? if not, maybe there's something wrong with with your motherboard in deed. or. one way to test is. isolate you motherboard and see it from there.
You mentioned that you haven't used this machine for at least four months. Have you cleaned it out? Four months is a long time to gather dust, depending on where you stored it your fans could be clogged and your ram could be smothered in dust and hair. Before I replace any more parts I would remove each part and clean them carefully with compressed air to see how that helps.
If your computer turns on successfully and reaches the OS (even the OS doesn't fully load), than your motherboard should be fine. Try loading safe-mode and see if you can get the OS to fully load: tap F8 repeatedly when the computer is turning on and select "Safe Mode".
this hurts a lot... obviously a hardware problem
but rarely that harddrive and memory will be affected by a single busted component
they are being run in a different manner...
i suggest you double check things...
your motherboard might be busted and its giving false diagnostics...
how did you found out that your harddrive and memory is busted?
did you tried testing it on another pc?
make sure all the fans are clean and it could also be your power supply causing overvoltage and messing your components
