Is Frihost on some phishing lists ?

PGe-tips
Some user of my website (which is hosted here ate frihost) report that their symantec security software pops up this warning when trying to load the frihost hosted website:
This is a known malicious site. It is advisable NOT to visit this website.
In a detailed report the security risks on this website are explained.
This website is blocked for your security.
Visit Symantec for more information on phishing and Internet security.

the website is Joomla! 1.6 made ... nothing much special though. I don' notice anything abnormal in my Joomla system ...
Is this a known problem for all frihost accounts ?
Is there a cure for it ? Is it related to the absence of SSH certificates ... any info appreciated !

Yeah that's happened to me quite a few times already. Most people who go to my website get the fissure when they're using the AVG anti-virus software. The internet protection is reading (frihost.org) as a malicious website, even though it's not. This caused one of my domains to become blacklisted, so I had to go through an entire process of getting it off the blacklist.

I'll check out what caused this and try to get us off the blacklist.

Thank you Bondings ...if you need more details on the report I can ask my users to provide me the extended report.
Would be nice if we could fix this, in fact this prevents me from linking my final domain name to the frihost server ... I don't want end up like "drunkenkuz" with a blacklisted domain !!!

Yeah I really don't know why mine got black listed in the first place. All my friends who used the AVG would get warnings of malicious content being recorded on the domain.

Thanks for all your hard work Bondings.

I got this same thing when i got my new computer which has Norton Internet Secuirt 2010 ( now upgraded to 2011) april of 2010, i knew it wasn't true so i just went ahead and approved my site (the IP address).. was kind of weird tho seeing i never got it with Avast when i had it.

It seems like the problem is that more than a year ago a subdomain contained malware (which was removed after a few days).

Anyway, I found a way to let them re-evaluate the frihost.org site. Hopefully they will do it fast and with a better result.

By the way, I really hate Norton/Symantec. Not only have they got a mostly useless antivirus program, it takes way too much processing power during operation and it also blocks a lot of harmless stuff.

Norton seems to display it as safe again. Very Happy
