I am searching for someone that is able to create programs such as a web application. I am trying to design a e-commerce webpage to sell various different materials and i need help with design and marketing.

I also want to ask anyone if they are professional at flash 8, i wanted to design a webpage purely made out of flash. everything will be in one flash document.
