captainsuperdude
what all languages do yall recommend I acquire for my frihost hosted site here, my skillz are at a 1995 era level, but im only 23, so yall can figure out when the brain damage first settled in.

nehoo, I have 1 book on php, but I want like something with menus and filters and the ilk of which will eventually be semi-pro, so just tell me in blitzed form what I could already have learned from hours of googling were I so inclined (my motivations come in to question, but I feel the topic is still valid)

There's a forum for scripting, more people could give you an opinion there.

I personally like php, it's cross platform and you have plenty of libraries and apps out there to use.

Perl can do that too

What's a filter? Like those 90's IE opacity things? If you're dealing with a database or parsing content, then use php. Menus, like navigation menus are best written in standard html using divs and styled with css.
kasunone
my favorite php and ajax
