I don't get it, you are working on a thesis on modular programming, or?
So then you should know what it is.
From wikipedia I learned that "
Quote:
Modular programming is a software design technique that increases the extent to which software is composed of separate, interchangeable components, called modules. "
and further more:
Quote:
"Modular programming is a loosely defined concept with no official definition"
so that means, in my point of view, that Drupal like (nearly) every other CMS applies more or less modular programming. (Of course Drupal it is not a modular programming language, but I think that wasn't your question)
