Coldfusion MX is a good program for website management. It displays the server with files, folders, and etc. what you have uploaded onto there.
I have tried many other kinds of programs called mambo jambo. They were supposely "Top Rated" like adobe and macromedia but their software was always debugging itself and causing all windows to crash. The company right now has filed bankruptcy and is down the gutter.
So if anything, use macromedia studio 8 or any of their web page developement programs. they are the best.
And for photo and images use Adobe Products. The best in visual production.
