Why it is impossible to put Invision Power Board???? For what reason? 
Why?
IPB can only be hosted when legall and this menas buying a lisence for a hefty sum of money. Most people are unable to prove they owna lisence as they dont so it is Illegal for them to host what they have. Otherwise if it is legall they must've paid for a lisence and if you can afford to pay that amount then you should be able to afford hosting rather than recieving free hosting that someone who cant afford could be benefiting from.
However if you are able to prove to Bondings that you do own a lisence he may allow it.
