Mysql error!

Hi,

I am recieving a MySQL error: 1054 on my site.
The URL is : http://www.completeforums.frihost.net/forums/chat.php


Here is a username and pass you can use to login and see the error first hand:

Do you understand what it means? Also, what should I do?

I tried that.

I looked at mysql.com and I found out that error is cause by a bug in MySQL.

Here is a link that talks about the error and has a link to get a patch that fixes the bug:

thats what i saw when i logged into your site with the name and pass.

Go into your database and be absolutely sure that the spelling for name is not Name NAME or any other way other than name if it is thats your problem, I doubt its a bug in mysql...

I checked that already. Did you go to the link I provided above?
It clearly says that it is a MySQL bug, unless it was patched already.

Don't post your passwords and user names here!

Only when someone requests for it, then PRIVATE MESSAGE him the password and username Wink. Make sure you trust that guy too. We won't be responsible if he does anything at all to your account.

FRIHost appears to be using 4.* version. Bondings would have to confirm that.

Uninstall that mod. And use another. That would be the best Wink.

If you really want to use another, I would recommend the one at http://smartor.is-root.com .

Yeah, it is php 4.*, the most used version at the moment.

Can you give me a link to that chat. I'll install it fix whatever the problem is (if I am able to) and report back.
