hmmm... let me see.... it is a tough one but for the guitarist I have to go with Jimi Hendrix, most definitely and, well... im not sure about a frontman.

Mikael Akerfeldt and Steven Wilson are my favourites. Pure talent!
Ace is hands down my fav guitarist. His style isn't flashy, 50 notes a second crap. Clearly has roots in blues. Unfortunate that he can no longer tour with the band. Plus side is, I know his replacement from back in the 80's. Cool guy, excellent musician in his own right.
My favourite Frontman has gotta be Robert Plant, what a trully awe inspiring voice, from the pounding chorus of Babe I'm Gonna Leave You to the incredible Blues song Since I've Been Lovin' You.
Favourite guitarist has gotta be Hendrix, for the fire, the emotion, the technical genius and the inspiration
