if you have a Blue tooth enabled phone....
You can send messages to another person with a blue tooth....
Now imagine You are at a train station and you recieve this message
"Hehe...You been just blue Jacked" and you look around find noone
the sender is just right around u and sending the messages..............
Do you know how to do...it....

Here is a method but you are only responsible for all your actions .......... ( Disclaimer lol) I found from another website
On your Blue tooth phone Create a contact with what ever funny message you want to send....
Now when u are in a busy place like a trainstation /market......
Select this contact and send it...via bluetooth.......
phones normally ask whether u want to search for other bluetooth enabled phones..... and once it discovers other phones in range you can send the message......
The reciever recieves a message popping you are getting a message and does he/she wants to accept it
if they accept it...then they see the funny message.................
