Hi,

I've taken an Advanced Rotational Mechanics course this semester and seem to have forgotten the fundamentals of rotation. Could one of you explain in basic terms everything I need to know about Moments of Inertia, Angular Momentum, Torque and Center of Mass? I'm not dealing with point masses in my class - I'm dealing with rigid bodies.

Also, is there any good web site I could find all the information I need - explained well?

Thanks - I appreciate any help
