Hey, I'm from NY and currently attend college and I'm a real dedicated basketball player. I play a good 4-6 hours a day and in the past 2 years, only a few days have gone by without my playing any ball. I'm playing at a pretty high level but I'm looking for a way to just take it up another notch. I do the standard drills that teach fundamentals pretty often, I play pick-up games EVERY time I'm offered one (I never turn one down unless I really g2g somewhere) and I use Air-Alert which has helped me to my 36 inch vertical.
I'm just curious, anyone out there play and found any particular training method useful? I'd be really interested.
