I don't think they come all as one package. I do believe that you would need to download them seperately and install them seperately. But I could be wrong.

frihost doesnt provied database hosting ... where do you put your database files

Xampp is a great package, however if your looking for security keep looking because it does have alot of holes if you know what to look for and more if the user sets it up slightly wrong. Basically Xampp is used for home testing of your own stuff not for running full scale web servers. Otherwise download each individual pack and install them.
That said if your starting out I reccomend Xampp but be aware it is not 100% secure.

If you're really looking to install Apache Web Server, PHP and MySQL without worrying about the hassle of configuration may I suggest you look at an application called Sokkit.
