Is encoding HTML like this is Search Engine Friendly?

For example the string "Download Best Media Player" can be encoded as

Code:
Download Best Media Player

Is it search engine friendly?

I want to encode all on my text inside HTML page into this format, but only if it has no drawbacks.

Please help.

I think it depends on where you put the encryption code. If you put it in the address bar i dont think it will be SEO friendly. If youll do it 'behind the scenes' with help from a little PHP scripting you may get friendly url's.
example if you have:
http://www.yourdomain.com/download/index.php?title=bestmediaplayer&encodekey=#108
will not be seo frienly

but if you simulate a seo friendly url like
http://www.yourdomain.com/download/best-media-player/108.html
while actualy going to the first url it will be seo friendly
