Increase the web space
All of your offers are brilliant but i think u should increase web space from 250mb to 500mb. This will cretainly attract more customers.
Only a few people need more than 250MB. Increasing the limit would only make a few users take the biggest part of the disk space. I also try not to give unrealistic quotas in order to keep frihost up and running.

I don't think Bondings would mind if you donated another few servers to his house or where his datacenter is.
Or just stay with the 250mb. Its big enough for almost 5 phpBB Forums.

if you manage to go over the 250MB limit and need more space for a good, legitimate reason ("i need more space to store more illegal mp3's" is NOT a good reason
), then maybe you could politely PM Bondings and ask him about it
