You have to spend some money buying a domain.
You can buy one in 2$ (.info) also. Wink

That domains need to buy in China. They will not be free. Usually I use sub domains provided by some free dynamic DNS. All my domains look like www.xxx.xxx.com/net/org. If you are interested in them, you can find it in changeip.
