I have a side bar on my desktop and on the process manager of that sidebar, when i close a program or open one it shown 100%. Then my computer becomes slow. What's going on? It also show that RAM is using 68% of it's memory. I don't know what is going on.
Yes it is possible to run 100% of the cpu. But it's usually a bad thing if some common application like a sidebar causes the computer to lock up. I mean, you might expect it when rendering video or some other resource intensive task, but in your case, you may have a problem. You'd need to be more detailed in what programs run at 100% and for how long though.
