Public (Anonymous) FTP HelpDementei
I'm trying to host files for anonymous users to download, and I have the directorys permissions set to 777. I check the details about my domain and it has Anonymous FTP disabled, which I think is the problem. Is there anything I can do to fix this? Thanks.

Can anyone help me figure this out? Just need a public folder for files that anyone can download, it seems restricted or something, even with permissions set to 777.

More information might make it easier for someone to determine if they can help you. I am assuming you are referring to the beatsperminute.co.cc site, which appears not to be hosted at frihost. You probably need to change some settings in the site's control panel. Frihost users have either Cpanel or Directadmin, so someone here might know what settings are important if you have either of these.
I tried ftp://beatsperminute.co.cc/ and ftp://ftp.beatsperminute.co.cc/, and always got an error 530, whether I uses 'anonymous' as user and an apparently-valid email as password or just used arbitrary values. That is consistent with anonymous ftp not being enabled. You should not need permissions set to 777. It would be safer to set them read-only, unless you want to allow users to upload, and I would not recommend allowing that anonymously. Also you probably want to keep your ftp files separate from your regular site. Dementei

Actually my website is the whole reason why I came to Frihost. The free web hosting I chose is quite slow and has file size limitations and such, which is only 5mb. But I am talking about my Frihost sub-domain I have just received. Which is right here: http://www.entcityrp.frihost.org/ I have created a directory and uploaded 1 file to test downloading, and set the directory and file permissions to 777. Yet, it doesn't seem to work. This is the dir I am using: http://www.entcityrp.frihost.org/ts/ mOrpheuS
I believe you were looking for that page to show you a directory listing ... ?
In that case all you needed to do was drop a ".htaccess" file in the directory to enable that feature. I've done this now, please check - http://www.entcityrp.frihost.org/ts/maps/ Dementei
