My guess is that more than likely, you could be asked to either remove whatever is consuming all the bandwidth, or to switch to a provider who gives more than 10 GB monthly for bandwidth. But, that's my speculation, only Bondings can tell you what would happen.
I might arrange something with you, but only if you are very active and if your website isn't taking all other resources(cpu/memory).
