Never heard of SugarCRM.. 
Do any of you heard or use Salesforce.com
This is similar to salesforce.com
Install it and use it you won't believe Open source works....
I was trying to use it on my previous host ....but really didn't use it...
Their demo is awesome.............You can create leads track sales....etc.....
Check it out....for yourself
