I have watch some of the news shots on the violence in Thailand.
This really remind me of old Thailand, before former Prime Minister Thashin time.
Forceful, curfew, real bullets, and locking up opposition leaders.
Sound so familiar, cling on to dear life and wealth for the new members.
Must be doing a lot of damage to the economy. But great however that people are fighting for their rights. I have a great admiration for the Thai and hope that they can resolve their issues amicably. Bad timing though, as the summer holidays are coming up. Probably going to put a real damper on the tourist industry.
The current parliament is really illegal, as about 2 year ago they created a similar scene and Thashin left without using violence. They are then instituted without election, and now they are holding on dearly, as they did not win by election (the people may not be behind them).
Truly, ugly politics and seem that the king himself is taking side of the yellow shirts, and allowing the red shirts party to be jailed, killed, etc.
Bad, and foreign investments have to be extra careful with this government.
