It can't be healthy to worry too much about what you eat. Worrying too much is unhealthy. Fat-free milk sounds like an extreme thing to consume.
Thats great information. its good to eat healthy, cause when you have health then you have we life. without health you cannot have the strength to make money, and enjoy life as a whole.

The only food in the list that I'm not so sure about is crispbread. Because it is usually processed, contains salt and all kinds of additives. Also it can become addictive. The rest is great except for the omission of omega fatty acids that one can get from extra virgin olive oil and unprocessed fish oil or fatty fish like salmon and sardines.
I agree with it. Health is ve5ry important for everyone. I you have lots of money/wealth. But if you have not good health, so your money is unnecessary. You should have to keep healthy to enjoying your life. Eat healthy food, planning healthful diet, do exercise and keep healthy.
