higher refreashrate can spped up the video card to monitor info
most newer 2000 and about monitors can support 85 mh and more
look on the back of your monitor for the sticker on it it will tell you monitor info inulding rates
never use a refreah rate higher the the monitor can handle as this can kill your monitor
