then use the real.com's helix produser

I would suggest bink and smacker video toold (google it). It has thousands of different features, and supports many different input and output types. It can even make .exe-files of your movies...

you can use adobe primiere to convert it...and there many software out there that convert different format like avi ,mpeg,mov and rm, hhmm try sorenson this is the best but it's not free if you have a few bucks check this out...and there is a tool for rm files try to use their tools at http://real.com...
