Is it possible to make it so that you can have your unused bandwith rollover to the next month?

I think this would not be a good idea because users could abuse this by using a lot of bandwidth and using a lot of BW = more resources from the CPU.

Oh I thought only tracking took up CPU
I don't think is a good idea. If a site is not very popular at first, but then takes off after a year or something, that's going to put a lot of strain on frihost's resources at once.
No, that wouldn't be a good idea and isn't actually possible to do with cpanel.
