Redesign my Website Help

Ryox
I wanted to know if there was another way to Redesign my Website.

http://ryox.frih.org

(Homepage / Guestbook) are set in frames for Navigation
How would I redo this to make it look much better other than the use of Frames?

(Photo Album)
How would I put the Photo Album like Myspace, A Picture than you click on that Album than the photo collection goes in that Album?

That's basicly about it, If you can help, send me a PM or post on here. Smile

hmm I don't like frames. I'm not sure I completely understand what you are trying to accomplish, but this solution may apply to some of your pages. You use php to include separate pages instead of linking them to a frame.

This is a nice tutorial which includes a demo

Hope this helps.

I have Adobe Dreamweaver Installed, but I don't know how to use it xD;

You don't need to know how to use dreamweaver to do any of this stuff. You can use notepad if that is all you know how to use, Plus dreamweaver is only a complex version of a text editor. All you do is type and dreamweaver does its cool highlighting/assistance thing.

If you are talking about using dreamweaver in "design" mode. Then I'm sure you could find tons of tutorials online.

Notepad is all you need for coding. I would suggest trying to move towards CSS and HTML more and get rid of frames.. They just limit you on what you can do with your website. CSS is not really hard to understand once you get to learn the basics of it. You can set anything you need to do in CSS and then when you are building your website you need very little HTML code to put everything in the place and get it all working like you want to. A good website that I think helped me out a lot for learning CSS is:http://htmldog.com/guides/cssbeginner/

Another website that I still use today every once and a while when I am having a brain fart is: http://lesliefranke.com/files/reference/csscheatsheet.html

Both are very useful sites to learn CSS and get you going on your trip!
