why is it that my main page wont display. what's wrong? i've uploaded a dummy site on my subdomain and displayed ok. i've checked my codes, and displayed the page on browsers and uploaded the page on other host and it worked. what's wrong with it?

Please provide a url to the file in question. Also, did you put it into the public_html directory?
another thing, of how many times i upload it or edit it, the size is still zero. it has html in the file, but wont display anything when i view it.

well i do not put it in the public ftp, i used and ftp software, logged on my account and uploaded it. i even double check it in file manager, its in the outer directory, i did not place it somewhere else.

Just like I thought. Your main website directory is /public_html/. Nobody has access to your root (what you see with ftp/file manager). It is used for backups/mails/setup.
Please place all needed files in your public_html directory. It is the same as www (shortcut).
