education is a set of curriculum that one has to go through to attain certain mental training. this is a predefined structure of curriculum of, normally decided by a set of experienced educators. the education system however has many flawsof it's own and thus we have the right and duty to correctly change the direction of the flow of educatio, and redirect it on the constructive part.
Err...no, this is fundamentally wrong.
Education is the process of imparting knowledge, skills and judgement. Mental training is not a satisfactory description - far too narrow.
As for 'rights' and 'duties' then what are you going to base your decisions on? How to do measure whether an education curriculum/delivery is 'constructive'? What does the word 'constructive' actually mean in this context?
