When will frihost upgrade it's mysql database?

I know that frihost's mysql edition is a little old.
When will frihost upgrade your mysql edition?

The mysql version is 4.0, upgrading to 4.1 might mean some difficulties with existing sites and databases. The change isn't inverible, so I won't risk it without a really good reason.

4.0 is the most compatible among all versions with all web applications, so I recommend not to change it.

Yes please don't use it. I don't think phpBB2 supports MySQL v4.1 does it?
