I seem to be having trouble tracing email addresses in the mail part of cPanel, and also, nothing shows up when I try to use cPanel's Network Tools, I enter a domain name as it asks me to, and when I hit enter, nothing shows up. Anyone able to explain why this is?

No idea, it doesn't work for me either. Weird.
Maybe it's yet another bug in cPanel?

its likely a server side DNS issue. Do you have any problems adding non-frihost domains to your account?
