Where do you wanna use it for, just for games, or also as MP3 player. if you΄re just interested in the games, you shoulnd buy it.

Hmm............A PSP costs around 180$ - 200$ ( u.s.d )
A ps2 used to cost around 200$ but now the price has reduced to 140$.

the value pack cost 249. I think it is a great machine.
just to say, i have had a PSP for 3 months since it came out over here (connections) and the main problem with it is the analog stick, unusable in my opine, but you should consider the games on offer, and base it on that vs the "DS" final fantasy advent looks good

PSP rocks, I have the orginal (when it first came out) and it has great games, Socom Navy seals 1,2,3; Star wars 1,2, Renegade Squad;
It also has an internet broser and internet radio,
you can connect it to a PS3, It just plain rocks,
The newer PC's weigh as much as a mac book AIR

It may not have as big a screen or graphics power but it makes up for that with all(most of) ps1,2,3 games (well not really Ps3 games....YET...)

I think its a great console, it has very good games, and sony its still supporting it, v3.90 has been release this week, and it allows you to use it with skype, you can surf the web, play youtube videos, and with the future realease of v4.00, it will support divx...and of course the coming titles like God of war, final fantasy, patapon...
