It seems the Dimocrats are getting desperate yet again. They're sending Dimocrats out to protest against Republicans. That's not such a bad thing. What's interesting is that they seem to be having a bit of trouble figuring out just how to go about it.
Take this picture for example... according to Associated Press;
The only problem is that he's a complete fraud.
Here's the information on his political contributions, from the FEC:

Sure looks to me like he's an avid supporter/donater to the Democratic party.
Why do they feel the need to lie in this arena as well? It's bad enough they lie about issues in general, but to fraudulently pose as a Republican when it's very clear that he's NOT, is just another sign of the desperation the current Dimocrats are going thru in trying to keep their party alive.
Then there's this little tid-bit from here
The Worker's World organization is the same one that promotes the Kyoto marches and the rallies at the GOP convention in NYC back in '04.
This particular organization is nothing more than the communist movement (not so light).
If you get a chance check out Straka's Grr!!! column today on Fox about his train ride from NYC to DC over the weekend with a train full of stinky socialists. Very funny.

Anti-War, My Foot The phony peaceniks who protested in Washington. By Christopher Hitchens Updated Monday, Sept. 26, 2005, at 11:19 AM PT Are they really "anti-war"? Saturday's demonstration in Washington, in favor of immediate withdrawal of coalition forces from Iraq, was the product of an opportunistic alliance between two other very disparate "coalitions." Here is how the New York Times (after a front-page and an inside headline, one of them reading "Speaking Up Against War" and one of them reading "Antiwar Rallies Staged in Washington and Other Cities") described the two constituenciess of the event: The protests were largely sponsored by two groups, the Answer Coalition, which embodies a wide range of progressive political objectives, and United for Peace and Justice, which has a more narrow, antiwar focus. |
