HTML/PHP Help (Contact Box)

I have a contact box, but I cannot get it to send the php to the right email. Or I don't have the PHP For it.

I don't have a PHP CONFIG for the Contact Page, Thats what I might need help with!!!!!!

I have a send.php now, but its not working for some odd reason even though the config in the HTML and the PHP Is correct.
