FTP Access Denied Using Website Builder

I am currently using Ewisoft Website Builder, and I put in all my information and it says the Web Folder is wrong It says Optional because it can find it, but It cannot. and I put in Public_Html and it still doesn't do anything, It puts the file on the site (The Test Page) that works but it just cant find the folder..

Can anyone help me?

I'm not sure many of us here are familiar with that particular software.

Can you please post a screenshot of the configuration/settings page so we can tell you what values to put in which field ?
