Why not just use the settings that are generated by DirectAdmin ?
there is setting somewhere where you can add new pop3 mail account. it will ask for
login
password
server
use your full e-mail address as login, and your domain/subdomain as server. you can also use frihost.com/frihost.net/frihost.org depending on which server you are.
if it's your main (frihost account), the password is your frihost password. otherwise, you should know what password you set for the other account.
