Well, I have just created a blog and I am trying to backup my data every week so that if something goes wrong then I can easily restore it. so, what is the best way of backing up my files including the database? I have seen this Compress clipboard files to /domains/crazyblogger.info/public_html/ but will it backup my database? Or is it just for files I have in public_html.
What is the best way to backup my files in frihost?
You can use automatic services or you can do it yourself by:
1. Compressing all the files of your folder.
2. Exporting a database with phpMyAdmin
(That's how I do it), there's probably a faster and more reliable way, but I stay with my method.

I don't suppose the "Compress clipboard files" will backup your databases.
You'll have to get database backups separately.
I have taken the backup of database but when I tried to backup the site from public_html, error occurred. Most of the error were about the domain which i have deleted about 10days ago. So, what's next. What can I do?
Can't you just go into your database and then back it up
