i am using free download manger to download the files but yesterday while i am downloading windows service pack 3.. at 89% i closed and went away.. but today its not downloading or restarting whats the problem what can i do? pls help me....

Uninstall it, restart your computer, reinstall the program (from a fresh download), restart your computer.
