Western Digital 1TB schijf

Ik heb vandaag de Western Digital 1TB SATA (32mb cache, 5400-7200rpm) gekocht en op de schijf staat het volgende:

Jumpered pins1 and 2 enables SSC (Spread Spectrum Clocking)
Jumpered pins 3 and 4 enables PUI (Power Up in Standby)
Jumpered pins 5 and 6 enables 1.5GB PHY

Wat houd dit in en wat kan ik er mee? De pins zitten naast de sta power en serial data en er zijn in totaal 8 pins.

Samengevat:
SSC zorgt ervoor dat er minder electromagnetische straling tegelijk is, en dat deze meer verspreid is over iets meer tijd (nieuwe standaard).
PUS zorgt ervoor dat de harde schijf niet zo gaat spinnen bij het opstarten, maar dat dat commando pas word gegeven zodra de harde schijf nodig is zodat je stroom zou kunnen besparen.
PHY is zodat je je harde schijf ook op SATA1 moederborden kan aansluiten.
