No, you can host your webiste not only forum's. Read the FAQ that should awnser your questions. But this isnt not only for hosting forums only.
but most people use it for forums anywase, cause they are difficult to add for people with little to no HTML experiance
no u can host whatever u want on it as long as it isnt illegal. Please read the Terms Of Service and Frequently Asked Questions for answers to any other questions you might have (I Hope!)
