The spam doesn't stop just because you don't give it out anymore. The spammers still has it so they will continue spam you. I recommend a good spam filter.

Many services providing email such as Yahoo and Gmail provide a spam filter. Just mark the messages as "spam" or "bulk" and it will train the system to automatically place similar messages into the spam folder. If your service doesn't have a spam filter (or it's not good) you can try using the spam filter of an email client, such as Thunderbird, which has worked very well for me.

Get Gmail account and then add Your other mail accounts to it (gmail will recieve mails from those acc and allow to send mails too) and then if You want - ad gmail to outlook/thunderbird Smile

I have my gmail + 3 additional mail accounts added to it and everything works gr8.
