Cant change my password

Hey...
When I try to change my password, it says it to short, even though I've tryed with a 10 and 13 lettered password, mixed with numbers and words... can it be that I just got my domain?

Also cant logon to ftp... tryed useing CuteFtp and Filzilla, but cant login.. also tryed passive mode, tryed it all...

my domain is wow-bonethugs.frihost.net

I just tried to change my password and it worked so I don't think there's any problem with Cpanel.
All i can think of is may be you gave a short password fst time and after that even when you give long one it loads from your cache. (although that shouldn't be happening unless you have set your cache option to "never").

Must be worth a try, logout from cpanel, delete the cache (temp. inetrnet files) files and then login again and try again. Good Luck!

For ftp, you can use your browser if there is no other option working.

About your password, me or your account creator can change it for you, if you want.

I had a problem like you....with FTP acount...
First week i was using File Manager included in Cpanel....
Then I install Uninstall a lot of Ftp Clients and now i am using
Ipswitch WS_FTP Professional 2006
Try it(it has 30 days trial)

Make sure that you have numbers in your password - CPanel won't let you create a password that it thinks isn't secure enough.
