My country is Vietnam. But My internet service can not go to all of Geocities of Yahoo service where my friends share many documents to another in my class. I need some documents from there. I am looking for some good proxies. Some Internet Service Providers banned popular proxies, so I want another proxies. But I cannot understand why our ISP banned this Geocities services.

I think you can try to use other country proxy .Maybe you can slove this problem after you use other country proxy.
