problem with blogs????
People often expect a easier language and often much more personal when they read a blog than other kind of websites. Maybe you should make it into something else than a blog to make it look a little bit more trustworthy.
It's also recommended to write your own unique content. I can see that you have copied you content for your programming blog from books like C++ Essential and others.

I usually wouldn't interested in following blog host on free hosting such as blogger or wordpress, cos' even if i like your blogs, i won't remember your domain and if i didn't book mark your blogs at the same time = I would never visit your blog again, but maybe it's just me, don't worry, just a thought.
Google index Blogspot pages faster, but to get traffic you need to make loads of quality posts. Google remove duplicate content so copied stuff won't be index or stay long in Google search. Post quality content daily Google will pick up your content for various keywords.

Also add you site to Google, Yahoo, Bing webmaster tools. Also social bookmaking site can give you more traffic too.
