Well, I'm not very much into poetry... but I can tell you the following.
It will be a lot nice if the website is not under blogspot.com
If you already have Frihost Hosting, try making a blog with Wordpress, and find a nice theme, related to poetry.
I hope to have help you out!

i can shift it to wordpress but about theme i dont have idea which to use
and
one question is wordpress allowed on frihost hosting + a forum like joomla???????

Yes Frihost allows wordpress and Joomla..!! You can happily start hosting it in Frihost hosting..!!
