If I transfer my URL to Godaddy can My GoDaddy Parked URL Point To the FriHost Server or do I have to use the GoDaddy web hosting?

By URL you mean domain? There is a guide on how to set up a godday domain on frihost so it should be possible to use the goddady parked domain with the frihost server without any problems.
