Does anyone know of good software or tips of how to convert videos to flash movies and upload these to Websites? I have figured out how to convert the videos to flash movies, but just can't figure out how to upload them. Thanks!

I'm not entirely sure what you're asking. You should be able to FTP the .flv file out just like a normal html page. Are you wondering about how to make the Flash file play in a page? If so, A List Apart has a great article. Good luck!

Well, Flash has a built in player. If you don't use that, you'd have to code your own in Action Script.
