I am sorry ..i did not get you as to what are you trying to ask .. please be a little more specific regarding your problem
I think I was fairly clear, but I sense that English isn't your primary language, so I'll try to rephrase.
The link I provided was to a preview for a website template. The template has a very interesting and beautiful orange background. I wonder what kind of software was used to make it.
Well, it certainly could have been made in Photoshop CS4.....or After Effects, or probably even
Apple's Motion.
Well, the same effect can be achieved in many different design programs.
My personal guess from experience would be Photoshop. I see the "twirl" filter in there, and possibly even the "wave" filter in there as well. The "Liquefy" filter was definitely used. Then of course there are a few blending effects in there.
It could of also been a mix between Cinema 4D and Photoshop. The 3D looking part might have come from Cinema 4D, and then the touch ups and final effects could have been done in Photoshop.
Though from the looks of it, it's pretty basic and doesn't have much of a 3D theme, so I'd say just Photoshop.
I agree with Ghost Rider. The effect can definitely be produced through Photoshop CS4
Hmm, like someone above said, could have been After Effects or Apple motion.
To me it looks more like someone used After Effects and a third party filter like Digital Anarchy Geomancy or Trapcode's filter suite to animate a sequence and then extracted a high-resolution frame from it.
