I need some support on IE.

I don't usually use Internet Explorer, so I don't really know how to work with it. I'm using browsing with FireFox... Anyway, I maybe altered some settings that changes the resolution of the images, and they are all blurred now.And the text, sometimes the text is set at a smaller font.

the second one is easy to fix. Menu>View>text size>choose one! Smile

go into tools, then internet options, and click on the advanced tab, and see if changing the picture settings helps or not...
btw what version of IE are you using?
