Server 4(2) down?

I have about 15 minutes trying to configurate my web or at least enter to it, but it is always telling me that the page i am trying to see is not avaiable or cannot be found.

(ratanegra.frihost.org or ratanegra.frihost.org/config)

Does someone have information about this?
Which is having the problem to connect, my computer or the server?

And an extra question:

If I add a Sub-domain or a Parked-domain in my web, how would it appear? (subdomain.ratanegra.frihost.org, ratanegra.frihost.org/subdomain, etc.)

The subdomain works fine for me, it loads your website fine it seems.

About the subdomain, you have 2 choices, either you add the subdomain as an additional domain (just like adding a domain, go to domain setup and add the whole subdomain name subdomain.ratanegra.frihost.org there), then there will be a separate folder next to your current websites (domains/<name>/public_html/).

The other option is to use the subdomain feature. That will normally create a directory for the subdomain within the public_html. In this case it would be both accessible as a subdomain and as a directory.
